I have no clue as to how to use weight training equipment.
I often need assistance with using weight training equipment from gym personnel.
I have some knowledge of how to use weight-training equipment on my own (ex. dumbbells and stationary machinery such as the leg press, lat pull down, shoulder press, leg extensions, etc.).
I am very comfortable with weight training and can use advanced equipment such as barbells, squat rack, leg press, hack squat, cables and its attachments. I am also comfortable with using free weights.
