Please fill in all related fields of the application form for your team. A team can comprise up to four vocational education and training (VET) learners and a teacher/tutor and must submit a photostory consisting of four to five photos, with an accompanying narrative of up to 100 words.

Please read carefully the 'Rules of the competition' and the 'Privacy statement' (attached below) before filling in the form. 

The 'consent form' below must be downloaded, signed, scanned, and uploaded, ensuring the consent of all team members. The first name and surname of team members will be collected together with signatures (for minors, a signature of parents/legal guardians is needed as well) giving written consent to further processing of data and use of photographs and/or videos via the consent form). This step is mandatory and no submission will be accepted otherwise.

Photos must be at least 3,307 pixels (preferably 5,846 pixels) on the longer side (horizontal or vertical) in .jpg or .tiff format. All photos must be numbered in the order they appear in the story and the filename should include the name of the team, e.g. team name_1_CedefopPhotoAward.

Explain your idea behind the project, through a small video. Be creative in showing us how did you come up with the concept, your motivations & behind the scenes footage!

The best video will grant its team with up to 4 Global Pass Interrail Tickets, 1 for each team member, to make up to 5 trips within one month in 33 European Countries!

• All members of the team have read and agree to the Rules of the competition as well as Cedefop's Privacy Statement.
• All members of the team have seen, read and signed the "Rules of the Competition" document, which should be submitted below.
• All members of the team give Cedefop their permission to use their photos and video (if submitted) in line with agreed conditions.
• All members of the team declare that the material is their own; no one else apart from them has copyright or any intellectual property rights on the submitted photos and text and the submitted work does not infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of anyone else.

NOTES:
If your team is shortlisted, Cedefop:
-Will contact you to obtain written confirmation of the above from all team members (or their legal guardian in case of minors) before proceeding further.
-Holds the right to use the team's submissions, for promotional reasons solely and always with proper attribution.
