I herby grant to Libby Bianchi Photography and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns the right to use and publish the Model's photos in all forms and media to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display, advertisement, social media, demo, education, print and editorial use, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes unless otherwise discussed beforehand or listed in the comment box below.

Libby Bianchi Photography agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional and educational use only and will not use Model names or personal information.

I understand that I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer from all claims and liability related to Model's photo usage.
