This is an all inclusive 7 nights 8 days international retreat in Costa Rica at Selvatica Eco Retreat Center.

All meals will be provided starting with dinner on Sunday 5/4/25, and Breakfast on Saturday 5/10/25 before check out. Meals are gourmet vegan with one night of seafood provided. Preparerd by co-owner and certified dietitian Cristina Provone. Tea, Coffee and water are also provided all day in the cafeteria. Transportation to and from the airport provided.

Wednesday night there will be an option to take time to yourself or have dinner with me and other participants at a local restaurant.

There are two single occupancy options as well as shared accommodations. The shared accomodations gives you a chance to build community and sisterhood as well as nurture your inner child by allowing her to be at her first super fun and not weird slumber party in a long time!
