Please acknowledge you have read the Event Facility Single Use Rental policy. You may download a copy for your records. To use this facility for our event, I understand we must:
Not exceed 24-person occupancy for any time during the rental. *
There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Be respectful of the facility and display moral and orderly conduct that maintains quiet enjoyment for lease neighbors. *

Not smoke in or outside the facility within 20 feet of any building in adherence to State of Michigan Law. *
