• Breakfast at Stephanies Training - Cutlery Polishing

  • Cutlery Polishing:

     

    1. Prepare hot water.
    2. Fill up 25% of the stainless-steel jug. (Water needs to be Changed if it gets cold).
    3. Add a small amount of vinegar to water
    4. Prepare a dry and clean polishing cloth.
    5. Put cutlery in the hot water with the handle up.
    6. Hold the cutlery handle with the left hand using the cloth.
    7. Use another end of glass cloth to polish cutlery.
    8. The handle is to be polished last before putting it in the clean cutlery basket.
    9. Once polished, place cutlery into cutlery pockets.
