  • Client Portrait Agreement/Contract/Waiver & Copyright Acknowledgment

  • PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission SBT Media/ShotsByTev, the photographer/videographer , to photograph/videograph myself and/or my child. I hereby grant SBT Media and there legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release SBT Media and there legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said content.*
  • COPYRIGHT: As a client of SBT Media, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by SBT Media, PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER; Tevin Tyler/ShotsByTev, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the CREATOR’s permission, and violaters of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the CREATOR’s permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.*

  • Refund Policy

    Please note that all bookings are final, and we do not offer refunds for any payments made. Once your session is booked and the deposit is paid, it secures your spot and serves as confirmation of your commitment. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, but no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes made after this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to capturing your special moments!

  • Photo Session Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. No part of any order, including proofs, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Your session is not officially reserved until the deposit is received in full and cleared; therefore, the deposit is non-refundable.If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you forfeit your deposit and may not reschedule without submitting a new deposit. If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, you may reschedule your session within 2 weeks of the original date without losing your deposit. Rescheduling due to a family emergency or serious illness may also be considered, but please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. While I will do my best to accommodate, I cannot guarantee an available date beyond two weeks.In cases of bad weather, rescheduling may occur at the photographer's discretion only.Please contact the photographer directly to confirm payment methods.*
