    To finish the registration process, completing this survey is necessary for both the husband and wife. There will be sections of the survey where each spouse will answer questions independently of each other. With both of you answering these questions, it helps our team to place you in a small group that best fits you. This survey is confidential and only viewed by our team. Please be as accurate as you can while answering the following questions. Thank you!

  • Have you previously gone through the Love After Marriage curriculum, Love After Marriage eCourse, or read the Love After Marriage book as a couple?*

  • *Due to the nature of Deeper Intimacy, you must have previously gone through the Love After Marriage curriculum and tools, Love After Marriage eCourse, or read the Love After Marriage book as a couple.     Once you have gone through the Love After Marriage curriculum, please come back and sign up for Deeper Intimacy. This must be done no later than July 1, 2026 in order to participate in Deeper Intimacy.

  • Please Note: The workshop will be held from Wednesday 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm, Thursday - Friday from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am - 6:30 pm, with small group activities during the lunch and dinner breaks. No other commitments should be made during the workshop times. Your small group is counting on you to be present and engaged throughout the entire workshop!

Facilitating a group does NOT mean having all the answers, teaching, or leading. Facilitating a group does mean keeping track of time, making sure everyone has an opportunity to share, and helping the group stay on track. As facilitators, you and your spouse will be able and encouraged to wholeheartedly go after your breakthrough while facilitating. By leading your group with your own openness and vulnerability, your example will lead the rest of the group to their breakthroughs. We choose the facilitators based on the surveys and the Lord's leading. If we choose you, it is because we feel that you are the best choice for your group.
