Alternative Dispute Resolution Section
Must be section member (or willing to join) and have fewer than 5 years of experience practicing law. Must send a note to the chair following the conference telling them what they learned at the conference.
Bankruptcy Section
Must have been a member of the section for at least 1 year (on or before Feb 20, 2024).
Business Law Section
Must be an existing section member. Law students interested in business law are encouraged to apply.
Criminal Justice Section
Must be an existing section member (or willing to join) and a solo practitioner.
Elder Law Section
Must be an existing section member (or willing to join). Firm must currently have 15 or fewer practicing attorneys. Must have fewer than 5 years of experience practicing law.
Employment Law Section
Must be an existing section member (or willing to join). Must attend a section meeting to network and share your experience about the conference.
Family & Juvenile Law Section
Must be an existing section member (or willing to join). Firm must currently have 15 or fewer practicing attorneys. Must have fewer than 5 years of experience practicing law.
General Practice, Solo/Small Firm Section
Must be an existing section member. Firm must have 7 or fewer practicing attorneys. Note: up to 2 of the scholarships will be available for members who are planning to start their own practice in a rural area in Indiana.
Litigation Section
Must be an existing section member. Firm must have 7 or fewer practicing attorneys. Must have fewer than 15 years of experience practicing law.
Probate, Trust & Real Property Section
Must be an existing section member (or willing to join). Firm must have 15 or fewer practicing attorneys. Must have fewer than 11 years of experience practicing law.
Young Lawyers Section
Must be an existing section member. Must be a solo practitioner or firm must have 15 or fewer practicing attorneys. Must have fewer than 3 years of experience practicing law.
