Foster Policies (Please read before completing the application)
The following policies are required to foster for Finally Home Animal Rescue. If you have any questions/concerns, please contact: Betty Colson - bettycolson@verizon.net
- The owner/lessee of the home must complete the application and all adults in the home must provide their information.
- You must be 18 years old to foster cats
- We will conduct background checks, no exceptions!
- You must commit to foster the cat untill it is adopted.
- You must be prepared to bring your foster cat to adoption events, or make arrangements for another FHAR volunteer to bring them.
- You must be prepared to take your foster cat to one of our approved vets when needed.
- All veterinary expenses approved by FHAR will be paid for by the rescue. All vet expenses must be approved by a board member prior to treatment. Unapproved veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the foster.
- Food, toys, litter, etc, are the responsibility of the foster. However, FHAR will assist when donations allow.
