There are a few mandatory apps/softwares you will need to be able to use in order to complete assigned tasks and obligations as a team member. Each section will walk you through a different app or software and give detailed information.

*While not mandatory, we strongly suggest that members download a contact/address book app to keep track of all of their clients for future use.

First Time Members Choose The Membership That’s Best For Them. After filling required personal and payment information, members’ accounts are made active.

After a recurring payment is made, the member will receive an email to set up their Join It membership account by creating a password. The payment email will be their username. Members may log in at any time to edit their membership and view upcoming events.

Team t-shirts can be ordered and re-ordered by visiting the T-Shirt Order Form on the member website. This is not a reoccurring charge but can be used anytime a member wants a new shirt.

You may also use the member website to make payment for anything else using the "Make A Payment form.

Members use the Tookan Agent App to accept, view, and complete assigned tasks.

All tasks include information in the ”details” section of the task but links are not clickable from the app. Members will need to export task .pdf file and click the link(s) there or manually select the text from the .pdf file and copy it into a browser to view. For Android devices, members will need a PDF Viewer app (such as Google PDF Viewer) to view the file. PDF viewer apps are available in the Google Play Store.

Accept your assigned tasks and begin work on them promptly. Tasks will always show your time frame for completion. Details for task earnings and guidelines will be available in the description. (Links are not clickable)

After you accept a task, you will be able to start it by swiping below it. Details will be visible but not clickable.

To view your clickable task file, click the 3 dots in the top right and then press “Export Task”.

This is an example of what your task .pdf file will look like. For iPhones, the links will be clickable here. For Androids, you will need to download any PDF Viewer app BEFORE you click “Export Task” so that it can open in an external app. If link is not clickable in PDF Viewer, manually select the link text and copy & paste it into your browser. (We Suggest Google PDF Viewer) If you need help, you can request it to be emailed instead.

Notes, Signatures, & Images are usually mandatory based on the task given. Read the task details to know what you need to upload in order to be paid for the task. (Examples: Screenshots to verify a sale, notes that a guest paid cash, a photo of a parking lot showing flyers posted, screenshots of a post that was liked, commented on, or shared, etc.)

If a task is past due or your calendar is not on the correct day, Tookan may show that you have no tasks for the day. To check and correct this, click the date at the top of the app.

Pending tasks show as blue dots. If  your calendar date is incorrect, go to “Today’s Date” and view the task. If the task is past due, go to the identified date and view/complete the task(s). *Don’t forget to to return back to your current date once you’re finished.

To join from an iPhone or Android, download and open the app, and then press “Join A Meeting”

Enter the Meeting ID or link sent to you and your name. Then join and you’re done!

Do not toggle these options unless it has already been expressed that it’s okay to do so.

BAND is a free group messaging app that your team leader will use to continuously interact with you and your teammates. BAND is free and simple to use. After your membership is activated, you will be added to a ”Royal Promo Team” group chat where the co-admin of the group is your assigned team leader.

Your team leader will be your first line of support, motivator, and guidance on the Royal Ent. Promo Team. Your group will consist of at least 2 members, and the “Team Name” is ultimately decided by the team leader. This name can only be changed once every 6 months.

*BND works on Web, iOS, Android, and the web, so you can stay in touch on the go.

When selling tickets in person, you can either send your event link to the guest’s phone number, allow the guest to fill the form using your phone, or create a QR code for them to scan with their phone camera. (Scanning the code with their phone camera will instantly take them to the event link) QR code generators can be quickly searched for on Google and you will need to enter the event link as the URL for the code.

If a buyer has a card, allow them to complete the event link registration form using their own information. If an issue occurs, contact your team leader or call us.

If a buyer has cash, have the buyer select the "Pay Cash or Pay Later" ticket option and enter the amount of cash paid, which ticket(s) the payment is for, and your ticket seller information (Name, Email, Phone OR Member ID). If an issue occurs, contact your team leader or call us.
