    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please take a moment to fill out the form below in order to proceed setting up the various aspects of your upcoming performance.

Shows booked at 7pm have a 75 minute maximum performance length.  This requirement is made in order to properly clean the theatre and provide the best possible service and set-up time for the 9pm doors open / 9:30pm show.

In case there is no show following the 7pm show there is more flexibility on show and exit time.  Usually on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday there is only one show booked for the evening.

Shows booked that are renting the theater ( instead of 2 drink min. deal ) the time frame will depend on the time period rented.

There is more flexibility in performance length for shows that book the 9:30pm showtime.

The theater in general opens 30 minutes to 45 min. prior to showtime.  If a show anticipates a sell out or over 90 in attendance then we try to open the theater 45 min. prior to showtime to insure ease of entry to the theater as well as efficient beverage service.

When planning any tech rehearsals please be prepared to have theater available to open on time so as not to keep patrons waiting.

The Triad provides complemtary usage of our full backline of high end Sound and Lighting equipment including 4 handheld wireless mics.    There is a new 4k projector as well as an 18 speaker dolby atmos surround sound system.

    • A few words about media and how to provide them:

We strongly advise that any audio and video cues are played from our in-house computer via QLab or Power Point.

We cannot allow any foreign devices to be plugged into our audio or visual  systems, or allow streaming as a means of providing audio or visual cues. Streaming of audio or visual is not an acceptable practice for a professional live experience because of several variables; WiFi can go down, phones can lock or receive messages during the performance, etc. These are risks we simply cannot take.

Our technicians will be happy to assist you with any problems you may encounter in regards to any multimedia needs.

Please note that tech rehearsals dates and times are subject to change.

If you would like, you may upload your file(s) below.

      Accepted formats are:

Wav Aiff MP3 for audio, MP4 for videos.

Please be sure to bring a USB drive with all of your files to every performance as backup.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this matter.

      Show Posters

There isn't any room in the theater or lobby for Show Posters except for a few recurring shows.  Please do not put up any Show Posters in the theater or Lobby.  On the day of the show it may be possible to put a Poster on an A-Frame outside the theater.

    • REHEARSAL SCHEDULING

For most 7pm shows we can usually accomodate rehearsal times the same day of the performance and usually 1 to 3 hours prior to doors opening at 6:15 or 6:30pm.

For 9:30pm shows rehearsals or tech would have to be earlier in the afternoon of the day of the performance or a quick line-check rehearsal prior to the show.

It is also possible to book additional rehearsals on other days besides a performance date if there is availability.

Rehearsal times that are not on the same day as performance are $120. per hour and includes the services of the Technician who will be running sound and lights.

If a show requires more then 1 rehearsal day then it is usually not suitable for the 2 drink min. deal and should be a theater rental deal.

We provide 2 types of audio recordings at the Triad:

      • A multi track recording is avaible for post production mixing in a studio of your choice for commercial release.  Pricing ranges vary from $200 to $500 depending on the show and band layout.  To set up a multi-track recording, please contact our Tech Manager, JP Perreaux at metrotech.jp@gmail.com

$700 rental fee for 90 minutes

These fees include the services of Tech Person and a Bartender.

    • Contract Terms & additional Booking Notes:

The theater is extremely costly to operate and our goal is to provide an ever improving first class venue for performers and attending audience.

Due to the post-pandemic increased operating costs please note the following venue policies and contractual terms.

Please alert all Producers, Performers and Managers  of the terms and obligations of this contract.

Cancellations are extremely costly to the venue.         Please only confirm the event date if you and any other members of your production are 100% certain you can keep the date.

If a show is cancelled with less then 6 weeks notice a $750 cancellation fee will be imposed to partially offset the daily operating expenses of the theater.

If your show was booked with the 2 drink miinimum deal it is very important to have a minimum of 65 people in attendance at your show.   You are welcome to comp up to 20 tickets to meet the 65 ticket min. in case you have not sold 65 tickets.    All comps will still have the 2 drink min. requirement.

It is the responsibilty of the Performer / Producer to generate the attending audience to meet the 65 person minimum attendance.

While the theater can assist with our email blast it is primarily effective if the performer is well known to the General Public.

      -----------------------------------------------------------

      WALK UP's

We have found that very rarely does a show get more then 2 to 5 walk-up ticket sales so it is very important to have pre-purchased ticket sales.

      ------------------------------------------------------------

If you are not confident you can attain a minimum audience size of 65 people in attendance we recommend choosing a theater rental deal instead of the 2 drink minimum deal.

      ------------------------------------------------------------

      PLEASE NOTE:

If the show is booked utilizing the 2 drink minumum deal the theater box office will not Pay Out any ticket revenue if under 50 people are in attendance.

The box office revenue will be utilized to cover the daily opererating costs of the theater if the minimum attendance threshold is not met.

If you have booked the theater with a 2 drink min. it is very important to have a minimum of 65+ people in attedance.

      -----------------------------------------------------------

      TECH FEES

An experienced Tech Person will be assigned to your show to run both sound and lighting.    The techs are independent contractors and their fee's are paid by you directly to them after the show.

Current Tech Fees as of:  11.01.25

      $60 per hour

The tech fee starts upon set-up time and ends after equipment breakdown time / load out.

      ----------------------------------------------------------

Please advertise the 2 drink min. after the ticket price in any PR or Advertising.

The minimum drink spend is $25 per attending audience member.  You can advertise 2 beverage $25 minimum.

If your show is at 9:30pm Start Time you may want to advertise the Doors Open time which is 9pm instead of the 9:30pm showtime.

All shows are general admission seating.

      ------------------------------------------------------------

The theater may offer VIP packages that include premium seating, open bar, VIP early theater access, Patron Lounge.    All revenue from premium seating above the ticket price are the revenue of the theaters.

*Please note that while we have seen the Video Production and Audio production produce excellent results, they are independent of the theater and we are not connected with those services.

Please do not use Gaffer or any other type of Tape in the Theater, Green Room or Backstage Dressing Room as it pulls off the paint in the theater.  A $150 charge will be imposed if any tape is used that causes paint to peel.

Please do not put any heavy equipment on the theater's banquette seating or tables.

Please do not tape promotional posters anywhere around the city on lamposts or buildings as NYC will fine the Performer and the Venue potentially thousands of dollars depending on how many posters were posted on NYC property.
