The Mustang Project is a small, grass-roots nonprofit organization that was originally formed to provide a program for at-risk youth to learn about and interact with horses, and to rescue mustangs in danger of going to slaughter.
We currently have over 20 horses in sanctuary, and 6 horses that can be used in the program.
We are looking for a select few people to join our board and take our organization to the next level. Board experience is not required, but good candidates should be familiar with the duties and obligations of a non-profit board and individual board members and be willing and able to fulfill them.
Please review the Board Member Job Description before applying, and please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. If being a board member is not a good fit, we have other volunteer opportunities available!
Thank you for considering volunteering as a board member for The Mustang Project!
