CANCELLATION ARE TO BE MADE 1 WEEK BEFORE BOOKING DATE, IN ORDER TO GET REFUND OF DEPOSIT. CANCELED BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE BOOKING DATE WILL RESULT IN NO REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Liability Statement: While we only use FDA approved cosmetics grade face painting supplies & glitter/glue the artist is not liable for any allergic reactions to paints. People with sensitive skin should not participate. Paint may be removed with soap and water but may leave a slight stain in some cases. For safety reason anyone who is unwilling, artist has the right to decline painting anyone who appears to be sick or suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, ringworm, sunburn, eczema or any infections skin condition. Artist is not responsible for any damage to clothing or property. The client agrees to pay for any damages to supplies caused by guests or pets. Under no circumstances will the artist supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the responsibility of the client/parent.

IF YOU WANT 1 HOUR FACE PAINTING, ADD ON GLITTER TATTOOS, AND HAVE A TRAVEL FEE, CHECK ALL THREE BOXES TO PAY IN FULL OR CHECK THE APPROPRIATE DEPOSIT BOX, REMEMBER YOUR DEPOSIT MUST INCLUDE THE TRAVEL FEE AND GLITTER TATTOOS IF THAT APPLIES TO YOU.

REFUNDS: IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND YOU MUST NOTIFY ME 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT. IF YOU NOTIFY ME 6 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY REFUND POLICY.

LATE/NO SHOW - IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT A $15 LATE FEE WILL APPLY AND HAS TO BE PAID UPFRONT BEFORE I START PAINTING. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND ANY MONEYS PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH AN APPOINTMENT.
