Current wait times for a response to this form is up to 15 business days. Responses for the upcoming fall term will begin on March 19.

After this form is submitted we will email you with some documents to sign.

Financial clearance to register for classes is not available until all documents are signed and sent back to Student Financial Services. You will be notified when you have financial clearance to register.
