    Ultimate Finish may assist in providing evidence of purchase and evidence of faults, but cannot be held responsible if a warranty claim is rejected. Normally, the customer will need to cover any returns costs. Item(s) deemed by the manufacturer faulty that are repaired or replaced, within their terms and conditions, will be sent back to the customer without further charge. As per your consumer rights, the returns costs may be refunded back to you depending on, the elapsed time between the original purchase date and warranty claim, or the result of any faults found.

  • CTEK WARRANTY

    Warranties are offered by CTEK under their terms and conditions, which can be found here. Where appropriate, Ultimate Finish will assist in the claims process, but cannot be held responsible if a claim is rejected. Most warranty requests will receive an initial response within 1-2 business days.

Most warranty requests will receive a response within 1-2 business days.

     

    RUPES warrants to the original purchaser only, that RUPES power tools shall be free from material or workmanship defects for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. To the extent permitted by law, RUPES sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair, without charge, of those parts determined by RUPES to be defective. Power tools that have been subjected to misuse (including but not limited to overloading and use not specified in the user's manual), neglect, faulty maintenance, alteration, damage caused by improper use of chemicals, repairs by unauthorised parties, or damage caused by normal wear & tear, are not covered.



    All Rupes warranty items will be sent to their UK repair centre for confirmation before any repair/replacement where required is undertaken. Details can be found here, this is inline to consumer rights regulations and does not affect your statutory rights.

  • BIGBOI WARRANTY

    BigBoi warrants to the original purchaser only, that BigBoi tools shall be free from material or workmanship defects for a period of 1-3 years depending on model and are of use from the date of purchase. To the extent permitted by law, BigBoi sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair, without charge, of those parts determined by BigBoi to be defective. Tools that have been subjected to misuse (including but not limited to overloading and use not specified in the user's manual), neglect, faulty maintenance, alteration, damage caused by improper use of chemicals, repairs by unauthorised parties, or damage caused by normal wear & tear, are not covered.
