Thank you for choosing RDM Quality Cleaning Services! Below are our Terms and Conditions:
- Payment for services is due the same day as your scheduled cleaning.
- ANY Returned check/Payment is subject to a $35.00 fee.
- There is a $35.00 fee for any cancelled, already scheduled cleaning. ( if you need to reschedule, please call us at least 2 business days prior, and there will be no fee for doing so. )
- Any Late payment exceeding 3 Days will be subject to a $15.00 Late fee. **Any Late Payment exceeding 15 days will result in cancellation of your services, as well as a $25.00 Late fee added. After a Late Payment exceeds 30 days, we may then take legal action against you for the collection of payment for services provided to you. Once your balance is paid in full, we may then resume your services.

- we require a 15 day notice of cancellation of your recurring cleaning services.
- Recurring customers: Your cleaning services will be provided the same day of the week, and at the same time. There may be times your scheduled cleaning will need to be rescheduled to another day. This may occur due to inclement weather/Emergencies. We apologize in advance. We will offer a $5.00 discount on your next cleaning Invoice.
- All cleaning services provided to you are Final. Cleaning Services are a NON-RETURNABLE Service. If something was missed and you Notify the office within 2 Business days, we will return to correct it at no additional charge.
- Our Winter Weather Policy: During the winter season, when the roads are hazardous, All RDM Operations will be cancelled for that day. We will post a closure notice on wpxi's school closings. Your scheduled cleaning for that day will be cancelled. This is in effort to keep our employees safe.
If you are a monthly customer, your service will be rescheduled for the next available day. If you are a Weekly/BI-Weekly Customer, your service will resume on your next scheduled day.
- Your cleaning services will remain the same every visit. If you wish to add or change your services, you must contact the office, and request to do so prior to your scheduled cleaning. We will not add extra services on site.
* Your payment for your scheduled visits may be left on a Kitchen counter. If no payment is there when we arrive for any of your scheduled cleanings, your cleaning will be cancelled and no services will be offered. *We may at our discretion contact you and make arrangements if you simply forgot to leave your payment, and are a trustworthy customer. **If you are paying by Credit card please disregard this notice.
- Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
- We offer a refferal bonus!!! For every new recurring customer we get that was reffered to us by you, we will take $15.00 off your next Invoice, after they pay their first Invoice!
