BASC 2026 Summer Camp Registration

We are very excited to spend 8 fun filled weeks with your child(ren)! BASC summer camp is for kids going into Kindergarten through 8th grade and will offer fun, engaging and purposeful things for them to participate in while in our care. 

This summer we are offering full time care Monday-Friday at the cost of $415 weekly per student (there are No drop-ins for summer camp, so all kids must be pre-registered for that week).  We are planning on doing a couple of field trips as well as bringing activities and entertainers to the campus.  You're child won't want to miss out on being here this summer!
Summer camp hours of operation are 7:00am - 6:00pm.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Redeemer Christian School during summer camp. 

I understand that Summer Camp is offered for my child for a maximum of 10 hours per day and I will make every effort to have my child picked up before he/she hits that 10 hour mark.

In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by RCS, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless RCS and all its staff from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

Medical Release and Authorization

As Parent and/or Guardian of the named child, in the event of an emergency in which I cannot be reached, I authorize and consent to medical care provided by a medical professional when deemed necessary.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the RCS staff to provide any first aid care necessary for my child according to their level of training. 

I also hereby authorize the transfer of my child’s health record to the local hospital.

I give my permission to Redeemer Christian School to take my child off campus via emergency services and to obtain medical treatment if absolutely necessary. 

This release is authorized of my own free will, with the sole purpose of authorizing medical treatment under emergency circumstances, for the protection and safety of the named minor child, in my absence.

Financial Agreement and Authorization

I understand and agree that my RCS tuition account must be current for the 2025-2026 school year in order for my child to attend summer camp.

I understand that I must pay a non-refundable registration fee of $80.00* per student to secure a spot in Summer Camp and is due June 30th.*This fee is due no matter how many weeks of Summer Camp are chosen.

I understand that due to staffing and pre-purchasing of supplies; I must make any changes to my prechosen weeks in writing via email 7 calendar days in advance to receive any account adjustment. **There is no grace on this!** Requests must be made by email to the program director Brianna Prado at bprado@redeemerchristian.org

I understand that there are no drop-in's for summer camp and my child(ren) will not be allowed to attend unless pre-registered.  

I understand that Summer Camp is billed biweekly and agree to pay Summer Camp tuition biweekly, the weeks that my child is attending Summer Camp and if my payment is not received by the due date (Friday morning of every other week), I will be billed a $25.00 late fee. I also understand that non-payment may result in my child being temporarily dismissed from Summer Camp.

I understand that Summer Camp closes at 6:00 p.m. and that I will be charged $2.00 per minute for the first 15 minutes that I am late and $1.00 per minute there after. I also understand that if I am habitually late that my child’s attendance at Summer Camp may be terminated.

I understand that I will be charged full weekly rates for my youngest child enrolled in the Summer Camp program and will be given a 10% tuition discount for any other children enrolled in Summer Camp. (SLC is not included in this discount)

If you are withdrawing from RCS for 2026-2027 school year and want to attend Summer Camp payment must be made upfront for all selected weeks.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.

Weekly Themes and Field Trips*

Week 1 (June 22–26) — Throwback Disney
A magical week packed with Disney trivia, Mickey treats, 101 Dalmatian slime, Dole Whip, and designing your own Mickey ears!

Week 2 (June 29–July 3) — Camp BASC
Classic summer camp vibes with tie-dye, tug of war, relay races, watermelon eating, s’mores, and nonstop outdoor fun. Potential field trip to Imagine Children's museum (Kinder-2nd) and 

Week 3 (July 6–10) — Young Chefs
Future chefs step into the kitchen for a team Chopped challenge, homemade ice cream, apron decorating, and cooking lunch together.

Week 4 (July 13–17) — Creative Arts
Unleash your creativity with Bob Ross painting, DIY instruments, songwriting, CD design, color wars, and artistic fun.

Week 5 (July 20–24) — Kids Camp: Back to the Future
Step into the future under the big tent with hoverboard design, time machine builds, music videos, and a glow stick dance party.

Week 6 (July 27–31) — Competition Week
Bring your game face for a week of capture the flag, flag football, baseball, soccer, mat kickball, and customizing your own sports ball. Potential Field trip to Skyzone.  

Week 7 (Aug 3–7) — Love in Action Week
A week of serving others—baking treats, writing encouragement notes, planting flowers, and making blankets for kids in need.

Week 8 (Aug 10–14) — Water Week
Cool off with slip-n-slide games, water balloon battleship, slime wars, slippery hopscotch, and tons of splash-filled fun.

There will be no Summer Camp/care June 15th - June 19th and August 24th - August 28nd.

BASC staff will be attending training classes and preparing for camp and the up-coming school year during that time.
