That said, occasionally a mistake does get through the system and when that occurs, we try our best to resolve the issue with as little interruption to game play as possible. We take any mistake seriously, therefore we rectify them faster and more fairly than any other manufacturer in our industry. Furthermore, a problem can negatively affect one of our employees financially. These points mean we may ask for more back up information than other manufacturers or request that items be returned to our offices. It is important to us that we base our decisions on as much information as possible. A mistake only becomes a disaster if we do not take the opportunity to learn from it.
