Fee Structure and Rebates:

Ray's Fees:

- Individual, Couples and Family Therapy sessions are billed at $350 per hour 

- Family Court Cases, Eating Disorders, PTSD and Complex cases are billed at $370 per hour

Medicare and Private Health Care rebates are available.

Flavia, Holi, Stef, Le and Susie Fees

Individuals, couples, and families are billed at $240 per hour. 

Post-Separation sessions are billed at $260 per hour.

Private Health Care rebates are available depending on your insurer and coverage.

 A normal 'therapeutic hour' is 50 minutes in length.

Letters, phone calls over 15 minutes and subpoena preparation is billed in addition to your session fee.

Payment
Payment can be taken in cash, credit or EFTPOS payable at the time of the session, or via stored credit card after the session. All sessions are billed at a minimum of 50 minutes and must be paid for on the day of your session.

Rebates
Medicare rebates are available by visiting your GP and obtaining a Mental Health Care Plan. At this stage, only Ray Medhora is able to claim medicare rebates. 

Private health insurance rebates are also available depending on insurer and plan. Insurers include Bupa, Medibank Private, Police Health Fund, Teachers Health Fund and The Doctors Health Fund. All clinicians at Ray's Room can claim private health insurance rebates.
