Online Reservation Form
Use this form to reserve your stay at PilotSuites.com. You’ll have the option to pay either the refundable security deposit alone, both the deposit and first month’s rent, or—if you’ve already paid the deposit—you can use this form to pay the first month’s rent. The deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is fully refundable at the end of your stay, minus a $150 cleaning fee. See the lease agreement for full details.

Please note: Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by PilotSuites. If the requested room is unavailable for your selected dates, all monies paid will be fully refunded.

Select this option to reserve a standard bedroom. This includes a private bedroom with access to a shared bathroom. You’ll choose your payment preference after selecting this option.

Select this option to share a room with another pilot. A cost-effective option for students who don’t mind sharing a space. We’ll confirm availability and pairing after you submit your request. If a dual room is unavailable for your selected dates, all monies paid will be fully refunded or you will be offered the Solo Room option at the applicable rental rate.

Select this option to add garage parking to your reservation. Garage parking is available for an additional monthly fee. You can choose this add-on with any room type.
