Online Reservation Form

Use this form to reserve your stay at PilotSuites.com. You’ll have the option to pay either the refundable security deposit alone, both the deposit and first month’s rent, or—if you’ve already paid the deposit—you can use this form to pay the first month’s rent. The deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is fully refundable at the end of your stay, minus a $150 cleaning fee. See the lease agreement for full details.

Please note: Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by PilotSuites. If the requested room is unavailable for your selected dates, all monies paid will be fully refunded.

If a dual room is unavailable for your selected dates, all monies paid will be fully refunded or you will be offered the Solo Room option at the applicable rental rate.
