TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If I am selected for FWLC, I must be available Friday and Saturday, September29-30, 2023. I will also participate in promotions, parties, and practice events. If I am not available for an event, I will notify FWLC by email a week in advance. I will also be responsible for promoting FWLC on all forms of my social media. FWLC will not be responsible for transportation or booking/reserving hotel accommodations. If I am selected and I am a student, it is mandatory that FWLC receive my SCHOOL schedule to appropriately coordinate model classes and practices. I agree to these terms by signing below.
