    We recommend printing more postcards at once if the postcard is something that doesn't expire. That way you can send it out in phases if you want to. 


    Please use the EDDM mapping tool on the USPS website to get the zip code and route numbers. There are also statistics based on census data so you can see things like the median age, income, and how much each route will cost to mail to. You can choose to send to business and residential or just residential but you cannot choose only businesses.

  • Our bulk printing turnaround is 7-14 days.

    Please consider this as an estimated turnaround when ordering. We do not have any rush options for bulk postcards.

    If you are in a rush, we recommend our copier printing, also referred to as quick printing.

    Some customers find it effective to place two orders at the same time.

    One for a copier printing order for just the amount they will need over the next couple of weeks.

    As well as a bulk order for the remaining amount.

    The turnaround for processing and delivering EDDM Mailings locally is an additional 2-5 days after the printing is finished, if applicable.

    If EDDM mailers are to be shipped to post offices that aren't local to PGH Print Ship, such shipping time will start after the printing and processing have finished.
