• Event/Facilities Request Form

    Please complete the following form to request use of facilities. Please be aware that if your event utilizes other town resources, or requires the need for emergency services (i.e. DPW, Fire or Police) that it will require their approval and may require the approval of the Tiverton Town Council.

    Should you have any questions, please contact either the Recreation Commission chair or Town Administrator.

    Please note the Grinnell's Beach is not available for events. Should you have questions, please contact the Tiverton Recreation Commission at tivertonrecreation@gmail.com.

  • Facility Use Agreement and Release/Indemnification

    In consideration for being permitted to use the facilities of the Town of Tiverton, {nameOf} (hereinafter "Applicant"), agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the Town of Tiverton, its officers, employees, insurers, from and against all liability, claims and deimands, which are incurred, made, or bought by any person or entity , on account of damage, loss, or injury, including without limitation claims arising from property loss or damage, bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, disease, death, or any other loss of any kind whatsoever, which arise out of or are in any manner connected with the use of the facilit ies, whether any such liability, claims, and demands result from the act, omission, negligence, or other fault on the part of the Town of Tiverton, its officers, or its employees, of any other cause whatsoever.

    By signing below, Applicant agrees that, in the event of any damage, loss, or injury to the facilities or to any property or equipment therein, the user is responsible for any damage to equipment or the facility/grounds. Failure to reimburse the Town for damages will result in loss of future privileges. If the facilities are not left in the original condition, the Town of Tiverton reserves the right to charge for any additional work required to return the facility back to its original condition.
