Please take note of the following:

This form must be filled out 4 hours or more prior to your reservation start time.
If you missed your reservation you may not use this form to reschedule your event. You will need to repurchase your tickets at regular or current promotional prices.
Only one request may be made prior to the 48 hours at no cost. Rescheduling additional times will be at $15 per person.
Answers selected in this form will be reviewed for honesty. Trying to enter responses that will bypass our reschedule fee policy will automatically be denied.
Requests made 48 or less will be subject to a reschedule fee of $15/person. This is waived one time only if you have reservation insurance.

Unfortuatly we do not reschedule reservations which were in the past. They are considered a missed reservation and customers are marked as no-show for the evenent. We still have to pay our staff for these missed events. Please visit our website to make a new reservations.

Unfortunately, we do not reschedule reservations that are less than 4 hours from now. Our staff works on call and is already getting your reservation set up.
