All Marketing requests should be submitted two weeks prior to the event date for scheduling purposes. All requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.
Name badge, business card and directory entry requests should include your name as you would like it listed, any credentials you want included, your official SRTC title, your home campus address, your office phone number, your work cell number (if applicable), and your work email address.
If you are requesting photography or videography, please give us details about what/who we are photographing and why. Please also tell us where you plan to distribute these photots (or where you want us to distribute them). If subjects are not students or employees, please have them sign a photo release form.
Press release requests should include all details related to the subject including student name, town of residence, name of event, date, time, and location of event, and all parties involved.
Social media requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
Promotional item requests will need to include: number of items requested, type of items requested, purpose of items, and audience items will be distributed to.
