- Please place your order at least 1 WEEK in advance of delivery date. If needed sooner an express fee will be charged. If you're wanting a more customized order please place order at least 2 WEEKS in advance.

- $20 minimum for delivery
- A $10 Delivery fee will be applied to orders requesting delivery.
