If you are invited to join us, you need to know these things:
Cost for the Weekend:
$300 for booth which includes 2 weekend passes (approx. value of $220). Limited power is available for an additional $50. If power is needed, please confirm all details with Production Manager Sully Messner.
Food Vendor Hours of Operation:
- Friday August 18 from 6 PM to 9 PM (can go until 10:30pm at vendors discretion)
- Saturday, August 19 from 1 PM – 9 PM (can go until 10:30pm at vendors discretion)
- Sunday, August 20 from 1 PM – 5 PM
Load In:
Set up of food vendors will take place during the day on Thursday August 17 or Friday August 18 prior to gates opening to the public. Structures and/or food vehicles on-site must stay until the end of the festival on Sunday August 20.
Complete details of Load In and Out will be emailed to all participating vendors by our Production Manager, Sully Messner, closer to the festival.
