- Lean Processes for Every Work Environment is a 2-hour overview highlighting the important Lean concepts for optimizing processes in the operation. The first occurred on March 16, 2020; however, with enough interest, we would also open another session on March 23, 2020. We are inviting all of our ACtTT participants – including the career center students who have taken other ACtTT classes – to join us
- Lean/ Six Sigma White Belt training is a 4-hour certification training on 03/19 for front-line workers to learn the skills they need to immediately become valued members of a Continuous Improvement Environment.
- And as a precursor to Lean/ Six Sigma Yellow Belt and even Green Belt training, we are offering the 2-day Lean/ Six Sigma Champion course for managers and directors on 03/24/20 and 03/26/20.
NOTE: The Technical Training ACtTT classes are offered on a limited basis. Most Spring semester classes will begin after 3pm to accommodate after-school schedules and post-first shift schedules.
