Emerging Artist Application Process

The online or mail-in EAE application deadline is June 7, 2023. Please submit an application & exhibitor fee of $85. If not accepted into the show, $50 will be refunded to you. Three images of original artwork must also be submitted, which will be juried along with the work of other young artists.
Here are the 3 steps that need to be done to complete your application.
- Step 1: Upload 3 images of your work (jpeg format).
- Step 2: Your completed application.
- Step 3: Follow the link at the end of this application and pay your exhibitor fee of $85 made out to Corn Hill Arts Festival.
Notification of jury results will be sent via email by June 14, 2023. If mailing, please send form to Corn Hill Neighbors Association, 133 South Fitzhugh Street, Rochester, NY, 14608

As an exhibitor, I agree to the conditions and requirements of the Corn Hill Arts Festival. The undersigned agrees to indemnify the Corn Hill Neighbors Association, Inc. and hold it harmless from any liability for injury and/or damage caused to any person or entity resulting from the acts or omissions of the undersigned, its officers, agents, employees or guests in connection with the undersigned’s participation in the 2023 Corn Hill Arts Festival, including but not limited to costs and attorney fees. Nothing contained in this agreement or any prior of any subsequent negotiations shall entitle the exhibitor to any specific space and the Corn Hill Arts Festival retains the right to position the exhibit space with regard to the overall exhibit plan, and to make any necessary changes therein. I have read the show rules, artwork requirements and I agree to abide by them. I further agree that the Corn Hill Arts Festival/Neighbors Association may copy, distribute and use any reproductions of my images in media for publicity. I agree that the Corn Hill Arts Festival and Corn Hill Neighbors Association will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of property. I confirm that I am between 15-23 years of age and have never participated in a juried arts festival.
