Claim Submission Guidelines
It is necessary that you provide as much information as possible to process your complaint quickly and accurately. A representative will contact you for additional information if necessary. Once all information has been collected and a decision has been made, you will receive a notification of our findings along with a proposed resolution.
Damage Caused By the Freight Carrier
If your claim is a result of damage caused by a Freight Carrier please submit immediately. There is a limited time that a Freight Carrier will honor your claim. It is critical that you notify Go Green or the freight company upon discovery of the damage. All products should be inspected before accepting the delivery.
