ArtWalk booths will be located along Gordon street in participating businesses parking lot and green spaces.
A variety of works are featured from functional to decorative, including ceramics, fabric and fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, wood, painting, graphics, drawing, sculpture, and photography.
Food trucks will be available.
All work to be exhibited must be represented in the images submitted, from the high end to the low end. A total of four (4) images must be electronically submitted; three (3) of individual artwork which accurately represent the body of work to be exhibited, and one (1) of the booth display containing artwork (if applicable). Images submitted will be compared with work exhibited.
REQUIRED: Tent/canopy weights are required. (minimum 40lbs per leg or 160lbs total with ability to center weight if necessary) Tents/canopies may be anchored to the gound if applicable.
All work displayed must be original design, and hand crafted by the exhibiting artist. Reproductions must involve hand work or direct supervision by the artist, be clearly labeled "REPRODUCTION" and may not make up more than 20% of the booth inventory.
Unacceptable works are work that is commercially manufactured or created by production studios; imported items; objects made from commercial kits, soaps or scented oils, greenware, or market purchased items.
Participants are encouraged to post in their booth an Artist's Information Statement, which includes a description of the production process and materials used.

Booth sharing is allowed. No more than two artists per booth, however EACH artist must submitt thier own ArtWalk Artist Application.

Artists will be notified of acceptance within 5 days of application. You will be notified by email. Booth fee payment instructions will be given in email notification.
APPLICATION and JURY
Images - The Artist is required to submit a total of four (4) images (three images of work and one booth image, if applicable) and a complete application per medium. Booth fee is payable upon acceptance. Work to be exhibited must be represented in your jury images. Enclose the three images per medium of individual pieces and booth image (if applicable) that accurately represent the body of work to be exhibited; work shown in the images must be representative of current work, and no more than three years old.
Artists will be notified via email of acceptance within 5 days of application submission.
RULES and REGULATIONS
All work must be original, handcrafted work and/or limited editions of the artist's work.
Artist guarantees the accuracy of the description of the works presented and the authenticity of the work as the creation of their own hands.
All work exhibited must be of the quality, category and body of work of that shown in the images juried.
All work must be designed and executed by the accepted artist.
Your exhibited art must be original and your own creation.
No use of commercial kits or molds.
Exhibiting artists are encouraged to display an artist’s statement highlighting their process, materials, or interesting facts about your art.
Artists who break down displays or depart before closing time on any day of the ArtWalk will not be allowed to return to future shows unless approved by ArtWalk Director prior to departure.
Storage of supplies must be kept within the space or hidden under a table and covered by black fabric (no tarps or plastic) along the back of booth.
Refund for medical issues and emergencies which occur prior to the show weekend, will be considered by committee for a refund or a credit for the following years festival.
STATE OF TEXAS SALES TAX
All Artists are responsible for collecting and paying State of Texas sales tax. Tax Rate 8.25%
