  • Skeen Library provides space for faculty and instructors to place items on reserve at our circulation desk. By submitting this form you agree to the terms and conditions of this service.

  • Course Reserve Materials

  • Information for submitting course reserve materials:

    • You may submit up to 10 titles on this reservation form. Enter the material information (title, author, call number, loan period) for each title you want to place on reserve.
    • Once you enter the Number of Titles that you want to reserve, that number of Title Options will appear.
    • If you need more space (more than 10 titles), you must create an additional Course Reserve request.
    • You can reserve items that are not books or print materials. If you have something that you need available to your students, please contact us and we may be able to help.
    • Visit Skeen Library's online catalog to search for materials you'd like to reserve. You can then copy and paste titles, authors, call numbers, etc., into this form.

    • If your requested material is owned by the library, staff will gather and process the material for you if you provide the call number and required information. If the material is either your personal or departmental property, you will only need to drop your items off at the library. 

      Please be aware that if you submit personal or departmental property for reserves, a library barcode and label will need to be adhered to the book. We attempt to make these removable, but the library will not be responsible for any damage to the book associated with it being on reserve, misuse by students, or from label removal.
