Terms and conditions:
Students at Pulse Performing Arts require support for rehearsals and performances by the parent and caregiver. This includes and is not limited to: transportation, costs of entry of competitions, costuming, supplies, backing tracks for soloists etc.
Students must attend at least 80% of classes in the term otherwise their position may be given to another student on the waiting list.
REGISTRATION fees are essential for attendence and must be paid before the first official lesson. Once a student is registered, full payment for the term's lessons is required for each child before the end of Week Two of that term. Half payments may be made at the start of term and by Week Five of term. Payments may be made via direct deposit or in cash.
From time to time Pulse Performing Arts may take photographs of students rehearsing or performing for promotional material online and in hardcopy advertising.
If your child wants to withdraw from classes, no refunds will be given. Withdrawals need to be done in writing 4 weeks before the end of Term.
There are no facilities for makeup lessons if lessons except in the classes run on a Monday. At least 2 hours notice are to be given if you are not able to attend your normal lesson.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to read emails & text messages from PPA so that I receive important information.
I understand that photos/videos/audio of students may be used in PPA promotional material, both in print and online. (If you would prefer we do not do this, please email us directly).
In the event of a medical emergency, I give permission for PPS staff to call an ambulance for me. I also give consent for PPA staff to administer first aid to me if necessary.
