We're almost done. A few things to mention are salon policies. 1) As much as I love kiddos, I ask children stay at home unless they have a scheduled appointment with me. 2) Due to the small nature of the studio, if you bring a guest, they are asked to wait in the designated waiting areas in the hall areas. 3) If you are sick, I ask that you please reschedule as that is a type of love I do not wish to share. 4) Lastly, I understand life happens, however I ask that if you must change or cancel an appointment, a 48 hour notice is required. Failiure to do so may result in a fee of 30% of your scheduled service. No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the service. Please acknowlege that you have read and agree to these policies.

Lastly, I want to remind you that I ask you to arrive to your appointment with your hair prepped for the cut. This means your hair should be down, with no big tangles,100% dry, **no clips or ponytails** and recently washed without heavy products (a little product is totally okay as I want to see your curls as they would usually be styled, but please nothing sticky or overly heavy. I would recommend a light gel or foam). This will allow me to give you a cut that is tailored to your individual curl type. Sound good?
