Tournament Waiver & Refund Policy
By registering for a RiseUp Sports basketball tournament, I acknowledge that basketball involves risks of injury, including falls, collisions, and other injuries associated with athletic competition. I voluntarily accept these risks for myself and/or the participating player(s).

Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless RiseUp Sports, its staff, officials, referees, volunteers, facilities, sponsors, and affiliates from claims arising from participation, including claims involving ordinary negligence.

Minors & Team Registration: If registering participants under 18, I confirm that I am a parent/legal guardian or authorized team representative and have permission for the participant(s) to compete.

Conduct: Players, coaches, and spectators must follow RiseUp Sports and facility rules. RiseUp Sports may remove individuals or teams for unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate conduct.

Photo/Video Release: I give RiseUp Sports permission to photograph or record participants during events and use the content for tournament promotion, social media, website, and marketing.

Refund Policy: Tournament registration fees are non-refundable. If RiseUp Sports cancels an event, RiseUp Sports may reschedule the event or provide a tournament credit.
