GUIDE
Basic Guide Listings will be listed alphabetically.
Premium Guide Listings are first come, first served; listed in order of paid contract.

ADVERTISING:
1. PAYMENT/TERMS
YOUR GUIDE SPACE WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Space assignments are based on date of registration. Payment in full is required to lock in your rate and space. Payments may be made via PayPal/Cash App/Zelle (recommended) or via Venmo.

The Advertiser and/or Agency are liable for payment for all advertisements. Advertising placed by an agency is accepted only on the express representation that the named Advertiser has fully authorized and approved same as to copy, charges and financial responsibility.

2. INDEMNIFICATIONS
The Advertiser and/or Agency shall indemnify and hold harmless (i) Macaroni KID, LLC, (ii) Macaroni KID Shreveport-Bossier ~for Moms In the Know and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, and employees (collectively, “Macaroni KID”) against any claim, suit, or other action or proceeding arising out of the contents of the advertisement, including but not limited to losses (including attorney’s fees) arising from third party claims or suits for libel, defamation, copyright or trademark infringement, misappropriation, unfair competition, violation of the Lanham Act or any rights of privacy or publicity, or any unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising, or impermissible comparative advertising, and from any and all other claims or regulatory breaches, known or unknown, existing now or arising in the future.

You agree that you are the owner of or have permission to use any and all creative provided to us for advertising placement and/or design such as, but not limited to photographic images and logos and that you have permission from parents or guardians to publish any photos of children under 18.

You give permission for the free utilization of your business name, business logo/image and any photography on the Macaroni KID Shreveport-Bossier ~for Moms In the Know website, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube pages (as applicable to the campaign).

3. CREATIVE POLICY
a. Macaroni KID has final approval of all ads with respect to editorial and creative content.
b. Macaroni KID reserves the right to decline to place or to remove an advertisement from its website at any time for any reason.
c. All ads must be family and child appropriate.

4. LIMITATION ON DAMAGES:
In no event shall Macaroni KID be liable to Advertiser or Agency for any special, incidental, or consequential damages whether based on breach of contract, tort, or otherwise.

5. GENERAL
a. All advertisements are published at the discretion of Macaroni KID, which reserves the right to refuse to publish any advertisement for any reason.

b. Macaroni KID reserves the right to carry competitive advertisement.

c. This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter contained herein and no change or modification will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

d. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Louisiana.

Total Amount Due:
Remit Total Amount Due Via Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal using the email address: MimiWebb@MacaroniKid.com (It may show up under Donald Webb, that is the correct account.) Once you click submit at the bottom, paypal integration will occur & allow payment if a total is due. Submitting form with information ONLY does not constitute a completed order. Full payment must be received prior to order fullfilment. Order will process once payment is received in full. Please allow up to 7 days for order completion upon receipt of materials & payment, although most orders may be fulfilled within 3 days.
