This program is ONLY available to residents of the following counties:

JACKSON, MACON, and SWAIN
ARF is located at 50 Railroad Ave Sylva, NC 28779 - at Bridge Park in the gravel lot between the concert pavillion and Lifeway Community Church.

ARF has crates to put the dogs in when they arrive for their appointment. Please make sure your dog is on a leash at all times. Please read your instructions that will be e-mailed to you after your form is submitted.

I understand that if I arrive late that my appointment may be forfeited and the fees I pay are non-refundable.
