2022 Subsidised School Tickets Application Form
Applications are now open for our 2022 Subsidised Ticket Program!

This wonderful program enables schools and centres like yours to apply for a limited number of free tickets to see select productions in our annual Education Program. Made possible thanks to the generosity of our sponsor, Celestino, this special opportunity helps us to achieve our goal to provide better access to our unique and quality arts education experiences and support learning inside and outside the classroom.

Complete and submit this form to apply for a number of free tickets to see one of the performances of Beep at The Joan on Friday, 6 May 2022. Please Note:
- A maximum number of 20 x subsidised tickets are available per group to a performance of Beep at The Joan. Schools/Centres must indicate how many subsidised tickets they are applying for and which performance they would prefer to attend in the application;
- Subsidised tickets availability is limited. We will do our best to accommodate each successful application, based on the availability of seats;
- Additional tickets can be purchased for your students at $20 per student, and one free teacher ticket will be available for every 10 student tickets booked;
- In the event that your application for subsidised tickets is successful and your preferred performance does not have enough seats to accomodate your request, we will contact you with an alternative performance, pending ticket availability.
Applications close on Wednesday 16 March at 6pm. Successful applicants will be notified via email by Monday 21 February.

Step Three: Accessibility
At The Joan, we are dedicated to creating inclusive arts experiences. Please indicate if we can assist with access during your visit. The more details you are able to provide us, the better prepared our staff will be. Examples of access requirements we offer include wheelchair access, aisle seating and companion seating. If there are any additional requirements you have for your group, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Step 4: Terms and Conditions
Subsidised Tickets

The Joan will confirm successful applications via email by Monday 21 March.

You agree that if your application is successful, you will ensure the number of students you have applied for attend the performance requested above. You agree to notify The Joan if any variation of students attendee numbers at least 2 weeks prior to the requested performances.

Additional Tickets

You understand that you are required to pay for additional tickets not covered under the subsidised tickets offer.

In the event your application is successful, we will email your Admin/Account's team with an invoice for 50% of the total value of additional tickets for your booking.

Changes to additional ticket numbers must be submitted in writing to boxoffice@penrith.city and payment for additional tickets is due immediately. We advise you check your invoice carefully upon receiving it as this is confirmation of your booking date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your first preference for performance dates and times, but cannot guarantee availability. Bookings are processed in the order in which they are received.
