Several times a year, BayCare HealthHubs host unique farmer’s markets featuring local vendors, fresh produce, a food truck and more. These family-oriented, pet-friendly events typically draw several hundred attendees of all ages.
There is no fee for vendors to participate, however spots are limited. This event is outdoors, and all vendors will be provided a 10x10 space. Tents, tables, and chairs are the responsibility of the vendor to provide. Please see our Vendor Rules below regarding guidelines on handouts, food distribution, COVID-19 safety protocols and more.
All vendors are expected to participate in our "BayCare Bucks" program, whereby we offer our Farmer's Market guests a $5 discount voucher when they take a facility tour. These are good for a one-time use on event day with any vendor or food provider, as well as participating BayCare gift shops, etc. This program encourages booth visits and purchases, and it is easy for vendors to participate because BayCare reimburses all vendors for any BayCare Bucks discounts they honor. Specific guidelines will be provided on event day to all participating vendors.
All vendors will have access to a small collection of pre-written marketing materials to let their customers know they are participating in BayCare Farmer's Markets. Be sure to ask for access to our "Vendors Only" web page to download flyers and social media ads for your own use.
