Ministry with the Poor Grant Application

Guidelines

Awarded grants must be matched by the host church applying for the grant.
Only Indiana Conference churches are eligible with preference given to first-time applicants.
Grant funding is for the support of a new or existing ministry program with the poor.
Grant funding may not be used for construction costs or renovation of buildings.
The maximum grant amount awarded is $2,000.
The window for application submission is March 1-April 30
Grant recipients will be notified in writing.
All applicants must complete the official grant application with all required signatures.
Additional sheets and information may be attached as needed.
If a grant is awarded, a summary report is required by March 1st of the following year.

Grant applications will be judged based on ministry with the poor. Proposed program ministry must address one or more of the following areas below. Please check all that apply.
