    Please enter the text you would like us to use for your invitation suite. Don't worry about fonts or formating. Please note that the information provided will be used to create an initial design but edits can be made after the initial proof is received.

  • Envelope Addressing

    Please note:  Envelope addressing is done in flat printing. By selecting mailing address printing for invitation recipients, you are required to submit an excel file containing all required fields. All fields must be checked for errors prior to sending, no fault for errors/misspellings should fall on me for the services provided.

    PAYMENT: 
    A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project. Payment must be paid in full upon completion of project, before completed work is given to client.

    CUSTOM DESIGNS: 
    Custom designs include one custom-designed suite (unless otherwise specified). We will happily make changes to the layout to fit your specification up to three times. Additional revisions will be subject to increased design fees.

    RUSH FEES: 
    Content for custom orders (including but not limited to invitation wording, guest addresses, and other materials provided by the client must be submitted by the dates specified by Ashley Nicole Designs or the order is subject to a 20% rush fee, plus expedited shipping rates. 

    REFUNDS & RETURNS
    All custom/personalized pieces (including but not limited to invitations, stationery, day-of wedding pieces, and guest addressing) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Ashley Nicole Designs guarantees customer satisfaction, so if there are any issues they will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

    COPYRIGHT
    Ashley Nicole Designs retains all rights to artwork and designs, including but not limited to custom and commissioned designs. Any reproduction of artwork is prohibited unless given prior written permission from Ashley Nicole Designs.

     

    Anticipated Turn Around/Timeline:

    The following timeline is provided to list the steps of the design process.

    • Allow up to 1-3 days from submitting this form to receive your initial quote.
    • Allow up to 1-2 weeks from date of quote approval & design payment submittal to receive the first proof of your design.
    • Allow up to 48 to 72 hours for edits from the clients to be made by Ashley Nicole Design after a proof is submitted.
    • At final approval, all outstanding items must be submitted to complete your order; this includes, but is not limited to: final payment, written approval, and excel files for envlope printing.
    • Allow up to 2-3 weeks from date of final payment and formal design approval for printing and delivery.
