Event (Wedding, Special Church Service, Banquet) Available April - October

Included:
- Chapel - Seating for 200 (169 on main floor/32 in balcony)
- Tables may be set up for banquet/seated reception up to 100 people.
- Boys/Girls Dorms with RestRooms- Staff (Private) rooms may be used to get ready and store clothing if needed.
- Kitchen and Dining Room (Cook and Food is NOT provided)
- Fire pit (firewood provided, please bring lighters and fire starting materials)
- Parking Lot - Group may need to provide parking attendants if more than 30 vehicles are expected.
- Playground
- Ball fields
- Sport Court
NOT Included:
- Little Cedar Lodge (May be added for $75/day, $50/night)
- Cook and Food (Each group must provide their own cook and food, our kitchen has basic equipment, specialty equipment may not be available. Check with camp staff prior to stay to determine what we have available.)
- Bedding (Limited sheets/towel sets may be rented from the camp for $10 per stay)
- Pool (Available June - August 15, $100 for a 3-hour session between 11am and 5pm, arranged in advance with camp personnel) Lifeguard is not required by the state and is not provided by the camp. Each group is responsible to provide appropriate supervision.
- Cleaning - Rental groups are responsible to clean up after themselves, the camp needs to be left ready for the next group.
EVENT PACKAGE RATE:
$900 for 24 - hour period (10am - 10am)
Additional Time:
$600 Per day (10am - 6 pm)
$300 Per night (6pm - 10am)
Overnight STAFF ONLY in staff rooms (Less than 12 people)
$100/ night (6pm -10am)
*Additional hours at $50/hour
Example: If a group would like the Camp from 10 am on Saturday until 6 pm on Sunday, it would be 1 day and 1 additional night. The total would be $1500, plus $250 refundable deposit)
Policies:
- $250 Refundable Deposit Due within 2 weeks of placing the reservation
- Remaining balance must be paid by credit/debit card 30 days prior to arrival
- Full or partial deposit will be returned to the card that the payment was made with, depending on how much cleaning is required or if repairs are needed
Events held at the CGS facilities must be for not-for-profit use.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the CGS campgrounds.
Smoking is not permitted inside any building.
Camp of the Good Shepherd desires to make camp accessible to everyone in order to reach people for Jesus. We are making every effort to keep our rates low while still being able to operate and maintain the camp.
