Lodging: Lodge Rooms with either have two queen or two double beds.
Amenities: Pools (yes, that's plural), Hot Tub, Putting Green, Fitness Center, Outdoor Games: Giant Connect Four, Jenga, Ladders, Horseshoes. Indoor Sports Gym: basketball court, pool table, foosball, air hockey and ping-pong tables.
Arrive and settle in on Friday night starting at 4 PM.
Saturday morning parent training on anxiety while children are watched by COAC board approved adults. Children will have a choice of a child appropriate movie, crafts, games and activities.
After training in the morning, you are free to use the facility, go swimming, work out, play games with your kids, sit and mingle with other parents.
After lunch there will be a mom's support group followed by a dad's support group.
Saturday - dinner together in the conference room
Saturday evening - Family BINGO
Sunday - closing session, presentation of COAC, closing remarks, comments, questions, event survey, drawling of 50/50 winner.
Friday and Saturday night TBarM has movie under the star with S'mores, popcorn and ice cream along with glow in the dark golf.
Friday night dinner will be on your own. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday.
Saturday - there will be training on anxiety and a time for a mom and dad support groups.
Saturday evening we will have family BINGO for those who would like a chance to win some prizes! Throughout the weekend you will have a chance to purchase raffle tickets for a 50/50 raffle. 50% of the proceeds goes to the winner and the remaining 50% goes to COAC. Drawing will be on Sunday at our closing session, winner must be present. If not present, we will draw another winner.

Cost: $50.00 for COAC current members. If you are not a member, membership is $10.00 for a year plus the $50 for the retreat for a total of $60.00. Do not want to be come a member, that's ok, still want to join the event, cost is $100.00.

Disclaimer: Participation in the full training event on Saturday and any remaining training on Sunday is a requirement to receive the discounted rate. If 100% participation of all parents/guardians does not happen, you will be charged the following: Lodging $115.00 per night, two night's total of $230.00. Meals, $24 per person ages 12 and up, $12 per person ages 3-11.
