Travel Inquiry Form

Thank you for allowing Travels with Nicole, LLC to research and create a package for your upcoming trip. Please fill out the Travel Inquiry Form in its entirety, and your quote will be worked in the order it was received. Please DO NOT use auto-fill, as it may not allow you to submit. You should expect the quote to your email no later than 72 hours after submission, although this turnaround time will likely be much quicker. The more information that we have, the easier it will be to get a timely quote to you. Please submit only ONE quote per form; if you have 2 trips, submit 2 forms. We ask that you are available during this time either by email or phone in case we need to contact you for more information. Once your quote is complete, you will be emailed the itinerary quote details, the service agreement, and instructions on how to proceed based on your answers below. This authorization is only good for this itinerary, and you will receive a quote, consultation, and service agreement before any money is exchanged.
