You also agree, that if for any circumstances you can no longer provide love and care for this animal, you will contact Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve and explain your situation before taking the animal to a shelter, new home, or back to us.*

We here at GRRR believe in +R training! (Positive reinforcement) We have teamed up with Sits n Wiggles Training Center in Cleveland for our behavior needs. We do not encourage the use of prong collars, shock collars, or any other aggressive training tools. We want our dogs to enjoy going to school and really LEARN and not just dominate them and scare them into doing what we want them to do. We are also receiving a 10% discount for all adopters for your pets FIRST behavioral consult. And a program through them with WHATSApp! If you choose to put your pet into training, do you agree to have a consult with Sits n Wiggles before considering another trainer? Do you also agree if you go to another training facility it is to be +R enforced ONLY?*

I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve animal adopted by me. I certify that the above information is correct, and I understand that the information will be verified. I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, injuries, or actions incurred because of the actions of the adopted dog OR cat. Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve will always disclose any behavior issues in an animal that they have witnessed. I (adopter) accept full responsibility for the newly adopted dog(s)/cat(s) actions at all times, including new aggression or marking, and release Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve from any liabilities, injuries, or damages that may be incurred because of adopting such dog(s)/cat(s). I agree to have Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my adoption application. I agree that if I'm unable to keep the dog(s)/cat(s) anymore that I will attempt to return the dog(s)/cat(s) to Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve and agree to a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster or adopter for the dog(s)/cat(s) as long as their removal from the home is to no fault of their own.*

If you are opting to sponsor one of our neonatal animals until they are ready to go home—with an approved app and hopes to adopt—please agree to a nonrefundable sponsorship fee of $250. Why we do this? In cases of neonates; it is never CERTAIN that they will make it to adoption. Regrettably, due to natural causes/failure to thrive we do not like to promise a pet as adoptable until they reach a certain age. However, sponsoring them can help us help them have the best outcome as we can be best prepared & funded, and help you have the best chance at being their adopter!
