Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO REGISTERING
1. Player Registration
The registration of players participating in a Northern NSW Football School Holiday Clinic is mandatory and must be undertaken prior to a player being considered eligible to participate. By the act of registration, a player agrees to abide by the Football FIVE5’s and Northern NSW Football's (NNSWF) Regulations, as well as Football Federation Australia (FFA) Statutes. Players participating in a Northern NSW Football School Holiday Clinic are required to register into their specific age group. Northern NSW Football School Holiday Clinic will comprise of two (2) age groups as follows:
U8/9s
U10/11s
2. Registration Fees
All players participating in a Northern NSW Football School Holiday Clinic are required to register as an individual and pay an upfront registration fee to NNSWF, as per below.
Individual……………$140 (inc.GST)
Please note: Registration fees will not be refunded should a player wish to no longer participate following 5pm the Monday prior to the clinic. Any cancellations prior to this must provide written confirmation to fives@northernnswfootball.com.au. Participants may attend both days or selected day, however will incur the charge of $140 regardless. Packs and Certificates will be provided on day 2 of the clinic.
3. Supervision
Northern NSW Football will have qualified football staff supervising the day. Check in each day will commence from 9am, however staff will be present from 8:45am. Parents/guardians are required to pick up their children from LMRFF by 3pm. Players will not be allowed to leave LMRFF without a parent or guardian. Parents are welcome to stay throughout the day.
4. Schedule
Northern NSW Football School Holiday Clinic will take place on 22 April 2020 and 23 April 2020. Both days will commence at 9am and finish at 3pm and include a combination of skills stations and games. Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
5. The Field of Play
Matches take place on Football FIVE5 dedicated all weather synthetic 5-a-side pitches which are 30 x 20m. Pitches include rebound boards and netting to ensure the ball remains in play for the duration of the match.
6. Duration of the Match
A match will last two equal periods of 10 minutes, with a brief half-time interval for teams to change ends.
7. The Number of Players
An U8-9s and U10-11s match is played by two teams, each consisting of not more than five (5) players, one of whom is the goalkeeper.
A player interchange may be made at any time, whether the ball is in play or not, provided the referee has been informed.
Each team will have the opportunity for unlimited interchange during a match.
8. Player Equipment/Uniform
A player must not use any equipment, or wear anything (including jewellery) that could be dangerous to him or herself or another player.
The wearing of shin guards that provide a reasonable degree of protection is compulsory.
Moulded football boots or ‘runners’ must be worn.
9. The Referees
Each skill station and match is controlled by a designated game leader.
10. All Weather Policy
Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility is an all-weather facility.
Northern NSW Football will monitor for lightning as per Northern NSW Football’s Lightning Policy.
In the event of lightning and/or adverse weather on the day, Northern NSW Football will make a final decision and may change the layout of the day.
11. Other Matters
Northern NSW Football has the authority to make decisions and take action on any matter not catered for specifically in these regulations.
General
1. There is to be no drinking of alcohol anywhere on LMRFF grounds except for in the licensed café and alfresco area. No alcohol can be brought into or removed from the facility.
2. NO smoking anywhere within LMRFF as per Government regulations.
3. No commercial food is to be brought into Sidelines Café or LMRFF.
4. By registering for NNSWF School Holiday Clinic you agree to be added to our email database.
