I (The Named Client Above) hereby agree to hire Risk Investigation Management a licensed and insured private investigative agency (herein referred to as “RIM”) to conduct the requested services as selected above.

All services are treated as confidential, and RIM agrees to hold the same information confident except for legally permissible reasons in compliance with State, Local, or Federal Law regulations.

I agree that the information discovered will not be used to cause emotional or physical harm to the primary or additional subjects. (If Any)

I agree not to use the information for any criminal act, harassing, or stalking.

I agree that RIM will not assume any responsibility for any facts discovered during this investigation, now, or in the future. In addition, I understand the results of this investigation cannot be guaranteed.

RIM will investigate the above matter extensively, with all available resources, and within the provided budgeted amount. If an increase in the budget is needed for further research, RIM will seek approval first from you before continuing. You agree to pay any approved additional costs over the FIRST budgeted amount.

If this case must appear before the court, the client will pay for any reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, billable hours, and additional legal fees when brought to trial.

RIM will schedule the case on a fixed date that meets the client’s wishes as well as the assigned investigator's schedule. Any client changes to the assigned investigator's schedule may result in additional costs.
