Thank you for thinking of Northern ice.

Due to the large number of worthy requests, we have implemented the following procedures: A set amount is marked for donations each season and when that amount is allocated, no more requests will be accepted or awarded until more is added to the donation account (and this may not be until the next season). Requests are ranked to select those we are able to help.

NOTE:  Product donations, event donation, activities/products with our logo, and discounts are given a higher priority; also our employee-related requests, local community projects, and management favored activities are higher priority.  Cash donations and T-Shirt advertising is a very low priority. We are sorry we financially cannot support more than we are able.

The employees give back to the community by donating their time for a donated event each season. Northern Ice donates the supplies for this event.  Employee selection/availability of these donated events and date availability combine for higher priority.

To be considered, please fill out the following completely with details. Any sections not filled out completely will invalidate the application and disqualify it for further consideration. Submit this request with any other information or flyers for consideration.

You will be notified if it is accepted. If not accepted, you will need to reapply as the system is cleared after each decision.  No decisions will be made on-the-spot in person by a manager or owner.  Fund raiser opportuities may exist if a donation is not approved.
