How to turn Continuous Service (auto-renewal) ON or OFF
Most subscriptions that can be purchased on Zinio.com have the option to turn on "continuous service." If you have continuous service turned on, your subscription will conveniently renew for another year when it expires. If you are signed up for continuous service for a single issue subscription, you will be billed for your next issue in advance. As with any order placed through the Zinio.com website, you can cancel at any time an get a pro-rated refund.
Note: if you purchased a special title that has continuous service set up for a single issue at time (not a yearly subscription), please click here to request that continuous service is turned off.
Instructions for turning ON or OFF Continuous Service for subscriptions:
1. To see if continuous service is currently on or off for your subscription, go to Zinio.com, sign in, then click on Account Settings.
2. In Account settings, select "Manage Subscriptions" on column to the left. You will then see any active or expired subscriptions that were purchased directly through Zinio (subscriptions that were purchased directly through the publisher will not appear here).
3. If continuous service is currently ON for your subscription, you will see a link next to your active subscription stating "Turn Continuous Service Off." If you want to turn continuous service off, simply click this link. If continuous service is currently OFF, you will see a link stating "Renew with Continuous Service" at the end of my subscription." If you want to turn continuous service on simply click this link.
See the illustrations below to see what the two continuous service options look like. If you don't see either options on an active subscription, that means continuous service is not an option for that title.
